Who doesn't love these??? Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup white corn syrup |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
3 cups rice chex |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup peanuts |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, salt, and corn syrup into saucepan. Stir together to make a paste. 2. Cook on medium until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute exactly. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Stir in remaining ingred. 5. Pour onto wax paper or into buttered square pan. 6. Spread out in square shape. 7. Cut into squares. |
