Found this on the internet. It has very few directions. Reading CJAY's review maybe cornstarch should be added. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups pawpaw, peeled and seeded |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into stew pan and stir together. 2. Cook over medium heat until thickened. 3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake until the crust is done. |
