This is one of the best recipes I've tried. Low calorie and wonderful! Ingredients:
44 oz pork tenderloin |
1/3 c soy sauce |
2 t honey |
1 t brown sugar |
1 t cinnamon |
2 cloves garlic |
2 t red wine |
1 t ginger |
2 green onions |
Directions:
1. Put pork tenderloin in a gallon zip lock bag. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into bag with meat. 3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. 4. Put meat in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes. |
