I doubled the refried beans (personal preference) and loved it. Recipe courtesy of The Lady & Sons Savannah Country Cookbook. Ingredients:
16 ounces refried beans |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 large tomatoes, diced |
3/4 ounce taco seasoning mix (half a package) |
6 ounces avocado dip |
4 ounces ripe olives, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
4 1/2 ounces green chilies, chopped |
Directions:
1. Layer ingredients in a 9x13 dish in order given. 2. Chill for several hours. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
