Paula Deens Pumpkin Cake

A friend of mine turned me on to this wonderfully moist and delicious pumpkin cake(bread) It is such a great one! Hats off to Paula Deen on this one!
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts  (i use pecans)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease & flour two loaf pans(Again, I used the bundt pan)
3. Mix sugar and oil with mixer.
4. Add eggs and blend.
5. Add pumpkin and blend.
6. Add water and blend.
7. Combine remaining ingredients and add slowly.
8. Fill pans equally and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
9. (In the bundt pan, I had to cook for another 10-15 minutes—I checked with toothpick for doneness).
