Good as a snack! Ingredients:
2 tablespoon butter, melted |
2 tablespoon light corn syrup |
2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 cup (about 1 pound) pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. 2. Stir together first 5 ingredients. 3. Add pecans, tossing to coat. 4. Spread coated nuts in a single layer on a large jellyroll pan. 5. Bake for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. 6. Let cool; store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. |
