Paula Deen's Chicken Salad |

I got this from Paula Deens show and wanted to keep it. Ingredients:
1 celery rib, cut up |
4 cups cooked chicken, and cut up |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
1/4 cup fresh basil |
lettuce leaf |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together lightly. 2. Chill until ready for service. 3. Place lettuce leaves on chilled salad plates and top with chicken salad. |
