This wonderful recipe yeilds three cups, which can be served with butter crackers and/or bagel chips Ingredients:
1/2 package (10 ounces) spinach, thawed |
2 cans (13 3/4 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained from can and mashed |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated |
1 dash of salt |
1 dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Drain all water from spinach. 3. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a well-greased casserole dish for 30-40 minutes. |
