A crowd pleasing dip Ingredients:

2 tablespoon butter |
1 medium onion, diced |
1 medium green bell pepper |
2 stalks celery (i only used one) |
1/2 can of a 10 3/4 oz. of cream of shrimp soup |
1/2 pound freshly graded parmesan (i used the already graded in the deli section) |
1 cup mayo |
1 (6 oz.) can of crab meat, drained ( i used fresh claw meat) |
6 oz. cooked shrimp ( i used cooked salad shrimp) |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and celery and saute for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayo, Parmesan, crab meat, shrimp and pepper. Stir in the sauteed vegetable into the seafood mixture and spoon this mixture in a lightly greased 8X11 casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with toast points or bagel chips. |
