Paul Bassett is an Australian Barista champion, this is his version of an espresso martini, I haven't tried it yet, need to stock up on creme de cacao first..:LOL: Ingredients:
30 ml vodka |
20 ml creme de cacao |
60 ml double espresso, chilled |
25 ml vanilla-flavored syrup |
dark chocolate, grated to garnish |
Directions:
1. Shake vodka, creme de cacao, espresso & syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2. Strain into a chilled martini glass & garnish with chocolate. |
