I picked this one up in the south. It's quick and delicious. Ingredients:
2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup oil |
1 large can cream style corn |
1 pint sour cream |
4 eggs beaten |
Directions:
1. Grease pan - 11 x 14 - sheet cake size, withpart of the oil. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Pour in the pan and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. Optional: you can drizzle melted butter over before serving. |
