I got this from a former co-worker who submitted it to the company cookbook back in the 80's. I haven't tried it but it does look promising! Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
10 ounces cream sherry |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Place chicken in a roasting pan. 3. Mix the sour cream, soup, and sherry in a separate bowl. 4. Pour mixture over chicken. 5. Bake for 1 hour. 6. Serve with white and wild rice. |
