Pat's Vegan Banana Muffins

A fat free recipe.
Ingredients:
2 bananas, very ripe and mashed
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups.
3. In a large bowl combine bananas, both flours, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. Mix well
5. Beat egg and stir into banana mixture.
6. Fold in blueberries.
7. Spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture into each muffin cup.
8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
