This is a very good mustard recipe from my husbands cousin. Cook time does not count the overnight part. Ingredients:
1 cup mustard powder |
1 cup white vinegar |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine mustard and vinegar; let sit overnight. 2. Beat in eggs, add sugar and salt. 3. Blend in double boiler until custardlike consistincy. 4. Cool. 5. Add mayonaise. 6. Keep refrigerated. |
