fast and easy Ingredients:
2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up into chunks |
1 (12 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 pastry dough, puff |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon sage (optional) |
salt and pepper |
1 egg |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. mix all ingrediants except the pastry puff, egg, and cheese in a bowl. 2. pour into a 9x11 pan and spread evenly. place pastry puff on top of mixture, add 1 T of water to the egg and beat. brush egg on top of pastry puff and sprinkle on parmesean cheese. 3. bake at 400 until golden. |
