Pastry Filled With Chocolate |

What can I say - simple and delicious. Ingredients:
60 g dark chocolate, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons coconut cream |
1 sheet frozen puff pastry |
80 ml milk |
icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Thaw puff pastry and cut into 8 squares. 2. Mix chocolate and cream. 3. Place 1/8 filling on one half of pastry. 4. Fold pastry over to enclose and press edges to seal. 5. Place on baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. 6. Brush with a little milk. 7. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. 8. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve. |
