This is a cream for filling the cakes. Can prepare it with flour or corn flour (or combination of both). Can add plain chocolate in cream, so omit butter. Ingredients:
6 cups of fresh milk |
6 spoonfuls of flour and corn flour (can adjust according to your taste as follows 3-3, 4-2 , 5-1 etc. |
8 spoonfuls of sugar |
2 vanillas (about 1 spoon) |
6 egg yolks (or 4 whole eggs) |
1 tablespoon butter (3/5 of a plain chocolate bar) |
for whipping cream |
1 whipping cream (not light) |
3 spoonfuls of powder sugar |
1 vanilla |
directions |
whip cream in mixer with sugar and vanilla until stiff.. |
Directions:
1. Heat milk keeping a few spoonfuls cold milk to add to mixture. In another sauce pan we add the flour and corn flour mixture, the egg yolks, sugar, vanillas and the cold milk and stir well with an egg beater. 2. When the milk is hot pour to mixture stirring constantly until cream is thick. Add butter. 3. In case it’s too stiff add extra milk. In case you have the opposite result, add 1 spoonful of corn flour dissolved in milk and stir well. 4. See recipe : Birthday cakes |
