I found this when I lived in Austin Ingredients:
1 cup skim ricotta cheese |
3 tablespoons nonfat yogurt |
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar (fake ok) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Blend until satiny smooth. 2. Use as a garnish for fruit, pies or cakes. |
