Pastrami And Swiss Reuben Quiche |

If you love the traditional Reuben sandwich, this quiche is for you. Not your ordinary quiche. Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust |
4 large eggs, beaten |
6 oz grated swiss cheese |
1/2 cup cream |
1/2 cup thousand island dressing |
6 oz thinly sliced pastrami, chopped |
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Fit crust into deep 9 inch pie plate. Crimp edges. Prick crust several times with fork. Bake 8 minutes and set aside. Combine next six ingredients in large bowl. Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes and slice into 8 slices. Serve warm. Drizzle with additional dressing if desired. Garnish with parsley and vegetables or fruit if desired. |
