From the award winning pasta makers at Pastificio Piemontese in Alessandria, Alessandria, Italy. (Northern Italy) This sauce is meant to be served over meatless ravioli. Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts, ground |
4 -6 tablespoons butter |
1 pinch sea salt |
1 lb cheese ravioli |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Grind walnuts in food processor. 3. Toss pasta with walnuts, butter (it will melt in the hot pasta.) and salt and serve. |
