Ingredients:
3 cups uncooked tubetti (about 12 ounces short tubular pasta) |
4 cups halved cherry tomatoes |
4 cups chopped trimmed watercress (about 8 ounces) |
1 cup (4 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain. Place pasta in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Serve immediately. |
