I used Filomena's Pasta Fresca and cut it with my pasta attachment. My mom used to make this for us. Ingredients:
4 cups pasta, cooked |
1 cup chopped spinach (frozen is ok) |
1 cup broccoli floret |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. cook the pasta and drain. 2. saute the veggies in the oil and add the hot pepper flakes at the end. 3. serve over pasta. |
