8 ozs spaghetti, cooked |
sauce |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
1 onion |
10 oz fresh baby spinach |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
10 oz cream of celery soup |
3 tbsp fat free yogurt |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain 2. Heal oil in medium saucepan over med heat. 3. Add onions. Cook until transparent 4. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds.Stir in washed spinach. Put on lid and cook until spinach is done about 5 minuts. Mix in yogurt, cream of celery soup and parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and heat through. 5. Serve spinach sauce over spaghetti or other noodles. |
