This is an old Weight Watchers recipe before there were points, but I think it's about 4 points. Recipe source: Weight Watchers Slim ways with pasta.
Ingredients:
12 ounces shrimp
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup tomato, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 1/2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
3 ounces orzo pasta, cooked and drained
Directions:
1. Shell and devein shrimp.
2. In a large skillet heat olive oil and then add capers and garlic; cook stirring fo r1-2 minutes.
3. Add shrimp, tomatoes, oregano and tarragon to skillet and saute for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally or until shrimp is pink. Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese; toss to combine.
4. Spoon shrimp mixture over the orzo; toss.
