Pasta with Prawns and Vodka |

pasta Ingredients:
7 ml olive oil |
40 g onion, chopped finely |
3 g garlic clove, crushed |
30 g tomato paste |
255 plain yoghurt |
240 g fusilli, linguine, or tagliatelle |
160 g shrimp |
30 ml vodka |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil; fry the onions and garlic until soft. Add the tomato paste, stir, add the yoghurt. 2. Season with pepper and simmer until sauce thickens. 3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. 4. Quickly add the prawns to the sauce and coat (if raw, cook for about 3 minutes until pink). 5. Serve immediately. |
