2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cups tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons white wine |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 lb penne, cooked |
1/2 cup basil, torn |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. In medium skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes. 2. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 1 minute. 3. Add wine and half and half, simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Add sun-dried tomatoes. 5. Stir well. 6. Add basil and simmer for 1 minute. 7. Add cooked pasta. remove from heat, 8. Add cheese and stir. 9. Serve. |
