Great meal for Lent.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen petite peas and pearl onions
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) box medium pasta shells
Directions:
1. Put the first 5 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 5 minutes; then stir.
3. Microwave for another 5 minutes.
4. Boil medium shells according to directions on package.
5. Pour pea mixture over pasta and serve.
