1 lb spaghetti |
3/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter |
1/3 cup hot water |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon ginger |
2 teaspoons chili oil |
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix |
Directions:
1. stir sauce ingredients in large bowl. 2. add cole slaw mix and cooked drained pasta. 3. stir to mix. |
