This was so good! From InterCourses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook by Martha Hopkins and Randall Lockridge-a fun cookbook with some really tasty recipes. I used a goat's milk brie-type cheese (I can't remember the name). Times are estimated. Ingredients:
2 ounces goat cheese, cut into small wedges |
4 ounces red seedless grapes (or white if you prefer) |
1 bunch watercress, trimmed and coarsely shredded |
2 scallions, chopped |
1/2 orange, juice of |
1/2 orange, zest of |
salt & pepper, to taste |
6 ounces spiral shaped pasta |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. 2. Immediately toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve. |
