This was so good! From InterCourses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook by Martha Hopkins and Randall Lockridge-a fun cookbook with some really tasty recipes. I used a goat's milk brie-type cheese (I can't remember the name). Times are estimated.
Ingredients:
2 ounces goat cheese, cut into small wedges
4 ounces red seedless grapes (or white if you prefer)
1 bunch watercress, trimmed and coarsely shredded
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 orange, juice of
1/2 orange, zest of
salt & pepper, to taste
6 ounces spiral shaped pasta
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
2. Immediately toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
