Ingredients:
3 bacon slices chopped |
olive oil |
4 medium onions thinly sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper |
12 ounce(s) spaghetti |
4 eggs |
1/3 cup(s) parmagiano reggiano |
Directions:
1. Sauté bacon, pour off grease add onions, sauté 20 minutes till brown, stir in Rex pepper remove from heat and keep warm. 2. Cook pasta, drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid 3. Cook eggs, add all ingredients to pasta and toss, moisten with reserved liquid |
