Ingredients:
4 ounces uncooked vermicelli |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain; set aside, and keep warm. 2. Combine olive oil and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine pasta, oil mixture, and parsley, tossing well. |
