Another very simple Italian recipe, like : piquant, economical, absurdly easy, unusual, and totally, irrepressibly authentic. You can add all sorts of things: I like beans, cubed boiled potatoes, or rosemary. Ingredients:
150 g penne pasta |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon sea salt |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
3 garlic cloves |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil the pasta to taste. 2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic into pieces the size of an electron. 3. Whisk the egg. 4. Drain the pasta. 5. Mix in the garlic, egg, salt, oil and pepper. |
