Pasta with Chicken & Mushrooms |

Ingredients:
chopped parsely to garnish (optional) |
25 g butter |
175 g button mushrooms |
350 g chicken breasts, chopped |
350 g tagliatelle |
1 clove(s) garlic, crushed |
200 mls creme fraiche |
1 onion, chopped |
salt & pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 tablespoons dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Put oil and butter in a pan, melt it an cook chicken. Remove chicken from pan and add onion and garlic to pan and saute. 2. Add chicken to pan and heat through. stir in sherry, creme fraiche and seasoning. Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes. 3. Cook pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes until ready then drain and serve topped with chicken sauce and parsley garnish |
