Pasta with Broccoli, Fresh Tomato and Garlic |

A great low cal pasta dish Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups macaroni, or bow ties |
2 cups broccoli, separated into florettes |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1 med onion, chopped |
3 cloves garlic, chopped |
1/2 cup parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
3 tbsp pine nuts |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta and broccoli together until pasta is al dente. In the meantime, toast pine nuts, then saute onion and garlic in olive oil. When pasta is don, drain and add to onions and add tomato, parsley and pine nuts. Season to taste |
