Pasta With Blue Cheese and Walnuts |

This is a nice, different side dish, or even a meatless main dish-and it's quick to make, too. Ingredients:
16 ounces bow tie pasta |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup crumbled blue cheese |
1 cup frozen peas, thawed |
3/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. 2. Pour evaporated milk into a large skillet and heat over med-high heat, stirring frequently until hot. Stir in blue cheese and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cheese is partially melted. 3. Add pasta, peas, and walnuts to skillet and stir to coat well. Heat through and serve. |
