Pasta with Blue Cheese and Walnuts |

A quick, delicious dish that is NOT lowfat but IS yummy!! Ingredients:
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti |
1 clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic, and saute for a few minutes. Stir in walnuts, and saute for several more minutes. 3. Drain pasta, and divide into 2 plates. Top with saute and blue cheese. |
