Pasta Shells With a Tomato and Salami Sauce |

Quick and Easy to make, i tend to throw this dish together for dinner alot and the kids love it too! Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 (400 g) can diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
100 g salami, thinly sliced |
350 g pasta shells |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
parmesan cheese, to serve |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Cook onion and garlic in hot pan, add tomatoes, paste and salami. Simmer for 5 minutes 3. Mix together Pasta and sauce and serve in indiviual bowls, top with parsley and parmesan. |
