Pasta Salad with Tomatoes & Blue Cheese |

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) baby arugula |
2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh basil |
2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar |
2 ounce(s) crumbled blue cheese |
3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil |
1 pound(s) farfalle pasta |
freshly ground black pepper |
2 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1 pinch(s) red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. ) Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil & red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add tomatoes & toss to combine. Set aside. 2. ) Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain & transfer to a large bowl. Pour the tomato vinaigrette over pasta & toss well. Cool to room temp. Mix with arugula, blue cheese & black pepper. |
