Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Cook 2 c. gemilli. Drain and rinse in cold water. Toss in a large bowl with 2 c. chopped spinach, 1 c. grape tomatoes (halved), 2 oz. fresh mozzarella, and 2 oz. salami, cut into pieces. 2. Whisk together 3 T. olive oil, 1 T. white wine vinegar, 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper. Pour over pasta. |
