Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
2 cup(s) broccoli flowerets |
1/4 cup(s) scallions, sliced |
1 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) basil leaves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
8 ounce(s) rotini pasta, cooked and drained |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved |
Directions:
1. in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, scallions, garlic, basil and salt. Toss and stir until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Toss with pasta, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes. Chill well before serving. |
