I was looking for a different dressing to top some pasta and veggies with the other day. Came up with this recipe and tossed it with some pasta and veggies. I used a little fresh cilantro with it but I think any green herb would be good to add to it. Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey |
3 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and pulse in blender. Toss over your favorite pasta and veggies. |
