Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh herbs-choose your favorite |
1 package(s) cubed cheese |
1 cup(s) diced pepperoni |
1 bottle(s) farmer boy greek dressing, reserve 1/2 cup |
1 cup(s) julienned carrots |
1 box(es) penne pasta |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 cup(s) zucchini or squash |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta according to package directions. I like to add the dressing while the pasta is still warm. Then stir in all other ingredients. I reserve 1/2 cup of dressing to add right before serving. You can add or substitute any of the veggies. |
