Whole wheat pasta and jerk turkey; good carbs and lean protein. Ingredients:
1 lb whole wheat rotini |
1 green bell pepper, diced |
1/2 red onion, diced |
12 grape tomatoes |
8 ounces boar's head jerk turkey (cut 1/2 in thick and cubed) |
1/2 cup lite caesar salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Boil salted water; add pasta; cook for 10 minutes; drain. 2. Add bell pepper, onion, tomaotes, turkey and salad dressing. 3. Refrigerate. |
