This is the easiest recipe, and one that I have requested all the time. It's really something you can throw together in a snap. I prefer to chill overnight, but chill at least two hours before serving. Ingredients:
8 -12 ounces tri-colored pasta (rotini ) |
1 (20 ounce) can white meat chicken |
pitted black olives |
1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped |
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
1 medium red onion, diced |
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente. 2. Open chicken and olives and drain. 3. Combine cooked pasta, vegetables, chicken and olives in a large bowl. 4. Pour dressing over salad, toss and chill overnight. 5. Toss again before serving. |
