My best friend and I make this at all our summer get togethers. We just can't get enough of it!
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta, cooked and drained (i use rotini)
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard (i have used regular mustard if i am out of dry)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:
1. Mix and let stand overnight.
2. Optional ingredients include: Grated cheese, black olives, red pepper, ham, and broccoli.
