Ingredients:
3/4 pound(s) fusilli |
3/4 pound(s) bow tie pasta |
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
1 1/2 cup(s) pesto |
10 ounce(s) frozen chopped spinach |
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese |
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen peas |
1/3 cup(s) pine nuts |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper |
2 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Cook, drain, and then toss pasta with olive oil- cool to room temperature. Mix chicken, mayo, pasta, spinach, and lemon juice together. Add peas, pine nuts, salt and pepper, and parmesan. |
