This is a very tasty omelet using leftover spaghetti. I usually add jalapenos and fresh tomatoes to mine but it is good with the extra additions. Enjoy Ingredients:
5 eggs |
2 cups leftover spaghetti |
1/4 cup grated romano cheese |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well in a bowl then stir in pasta, cheese, salt and pepper. 2. Fry in oil and butter in large fry pan either folding as an omelet or just turning straight over pancake style. |
