This recipe might seem a little unusual but it's always a hit at potlucks. Ingredients:
1 pound rotini pasta |
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
1 cup diced ham |
1/2 cup creamy salad dressing |
Directions:
1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain. 2. In a salad bowl, combine the pasta, oranges, pineapple, green onions, ham and creamy salad dressing. Mix well and chill before serving. |
