Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted twice or more (200 g)
3/4 cup potato starch, plus
1 tablespoon potato starch (100 g total)
1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
1 pinch salt
7/8 cup unsalted butter, at cool room temp and malleable (200 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lemon, zest of, grated
1/2 orange, zest of, grated
Directions:
1. follow the directions for pasta frolla 1, recipe 71610.
2. roll out to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
