A variation on a old favorite comfort food. Ingredients:
60 cup water |
120 tbs lemon juice |
60 cup peppers, sweet, red |
60 cup cashew nuts, dry roasted |
60 tsp onion powder |
60 cup food yeast |
120 salt, table |
120 tbs corn starch |
60 cup water |
240 oz soy protein powder |
4 oz trader joes hodge podge -frozen mix vegetables |
2 oz whole wheat penne |
Directions:
1. Put pasta down, layer on vegetables, drizzle with faux cheese sauce. |
